About Us
Centre Line Civil Limited was established in 2016 by Doug and Sarah Brown. Their goal is to provide high quality drainage works to cope with the increased demand for housing & infrastructure across Auckland.
We have excellent relationships with some of the key contractors in the civil infrastructure industry, met with our excellent standard of workmanship.
Doug has been brought up with drainlaying in his blood. His father is a drainlayer and his grandfather was also a drainlayer. He has been driving large machines since he was small so has vast experience with a variety of machinery and equipment relating to drainlaying and earth moving.
Doug’s attention to detail is phenomenal and he has always prided himself on his ability to work quickly without compromising the quality of his work and relevant health, safety and environmental standards.

Sarah has worked in administrative roles for 10 years and manages the administrative function behind the business. Her previous roles have comprised of marketing, health and safety, training and human resources, so her breadth of knowledge serves this side of the business well. Although Sarah’s drainage knowledge is limited, she is slowly learning the way of the drainlayer and is even picking up on how to read basic plans.
